At Qalb, we specialize in premium gift hampers, artisanal chocolates, and traditional dates sweets. We are committed to maintaining exceptional standards of quality, presentation, and taste.

Because our products are fresh, consumable, and frequently customized, specific legal provisions apply to your purchases. This policy details how our team manages order cancellations, structural damages, and financial refund processing.

1. Order Cancellation

Since our premium chocolates, curated gift hampers, and custom dates sweets packages involve intricate arrangements and fresh production schedules, orders cannot be cancelled or modified once they enter our preparation or packaging pipelines.

If you need to make an emergency cancellation request, you must reach out directly to our support desk within 1 hour of order placement. We will do our absolute best to hold the order if physical assembly and shipping assignments have not yet commenced.

2. Return and Exchange Policy

Due to strict food safety, health compliance, and hygiene guidelines regarding perishable items, we do not accept physical returns or product exchanges on any chocolates, gift hampers, or dates sweets once they leave our storage facilities.

3. Damaged, Melting, or Faulty Deliveries

We take immense care to package our delicate confectionery and custom boxes securely. However, if your gift hampers arrive structural broken, your chocolates experience severe melting during transit, or item balances do not match your invoice receipt, please flag the issue to us within 24 hours of tracking delivery.

To validate an authorization review, please email clear photos or an unboxing video showing the condition of the damaged box or item package directly to our customer support staff.

4. Processing Reversals & Refunds

Once an oversight or damage claim is officially verified and approved by the Qalb quality assessment team, a financial refund will be authorized.

Approved payment adjustments will automatically route straight back to your original source transaction account (via our payment gateway processor, Cashfree) within 5 to 7 business banking days depending on standard bank processing turnaround frames.
